Who are we?
Ghostly Lantern Productions is a mobile, touring multimedia indie production company based in Oregon, built on the idea that stories should feel lived-in, textured, and just a little haunted. We create across mediums—film, photography, audio, and illustration—blending horror, fantasy, and science fiction into atmospheric, character-driven work.
At the heart of the company is a two-person creative engine. One half is a film and theater actor, writer and musician, focused on performance, narrative, and bringing grounded emotion into even the most surreal worlds. They have performed across the country with 15 years of experience.
The other is an award wining multidisciplinary artist working more than 20 years in the arts. They work as a photographer, audio engineer, video editor, illustrator, director, writer, musician, journalist, producer, and videographer. With a unique approach shaped by synesthesia, sound, color, and motion are treated as deeply interconnected—giving our projects a distinct sensory identity you can feel as much as watch.
We work with several local actors, content creators, and multidisciplinary artist.
We specifically price our work at reasonable rates. Ghostly Lantern Productions believes art is for everyone and we strive to sell at fair prices. You won’t see any $100 prints here.
Our style leans into natural lighting, practical environments, and a deliberate nod to 1970s filmmaking—favoring grit, atmosphere, and authenticity over polish. We travel to where the story lives, rather than building it artificially, letting real landscapes and ambient sound shape the narrative.
We are currently in production on our upcoming film, In the Woods, beginning filming next month. On the audio side, our original podcast Dark Air at Mile Marker 9 is launching soon, alongside two fully cast spin-off series expanding its world.
Ghostly Lantern Productions exists to explore the edges—where the natural meets the uncanny, where light flickers, and where stories linger long after they end.
